  • How long does an order take to process?
    Typically, orders ship out within 1-3 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional 2 business days to process. We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated provided by USPS. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown.
  • Can I edit or cancel my order after completing a purchase?
    You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on inventory availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase.
  • How do I track my package?
    Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.
